In true 09D fashion, we brought out the big guns - literally and figuratively. On display was the jaw-dropping Noble M600made famous by Top Gear, sat across from a bubble-arched Mk1 Escort that could’ve rolled straight out of anyone’s dream garage, a rugged Mk2 Escort rally car, and a beautifully wrapped BMW Z4 GT3 bearing the signature 09DESIGN style. Add to that a fleet of Porsches, Aston Martin GT race car, a Toyota GR Yaris, and even a DMC DeLorean (with a V8 swap), and you had a diverse spread of performance legends, restomods, and track monsters. And if that wasn’t enough - yes, we brought out a working tank and did doughnuts in it. Because, why not?
Beyond the cars, the team took customers around the facility showcasing our design and in-house manufacturing capabilities – from idea, to CAD, to working prototypes and finished products, we shared a real BTS of what makes us tick and how we do things differently to the rest.
Ultimately though, Saturday Social was really about what brings us all together… the people. In the tuning world, the sense of community is everything. That’s what we set out to foster, and the positive feedback from attendees has only reinforced that the effort to put it on in the first place was more than worth it. It wasn’t just about standing around cars - it was about conversations, laughs, friendships, and a deep-rooted passion for performance.
We also ran a buzzing pop-up retail setup, with performance parts flying off the shelves throughout the day. Whether it was carbon induction kits, or billet upgrades fresh off the machines - people came ready to enhance their builds. Perhaps most exciting was the real-time tuning support we offered on the day: four customers upgraded their vehicles using our innovative FLASHlink mobile phone OBD adaptor and software, transforming their cars’ performance in minutes.
