No, we’re a specialist workshop focused on routine performance servicing and the installation of 09Design hardware and software. We don’t offer MOT work or everyday repairs.

Yes. Our schedules are built around fast road use and the real wear points we see on performance platforms, including modified cars.

Minor focuses on the essentials (oil, filter, inspections). Intermediate adds key service items such as filters/plugs (where applicable). Major is the deeper interval that includes additional preventative items depending on platform.

Yes we use manufacturer-approved lubricants and, where specified for your platform, Motul. Customers can supply their own fluids where preferred.

Absolutely. Many customers combine a routine service with 09 hardware installation and/or software support in one visit.

It depends on the service type and the vehicle. Once you enquire with your model and requirements, we’ll confirm the estimated time and the best booking option. We suggest allowing an hour for a minor service, with a major service taking up to three hours.

Yes. We carry out preventative inspections and will flag any advisories we see during the service, so you can plan next steps.

Where applicable, we can provide documentation of work carried out. If you need anything specific (invoice notes, service checklist copy, etc.) just mention it when booking. We also provide a completed check sheet and stamped ‘09Design’ service book with all services.

Just the vehicle and any relevant info (recent work history, list of modifications, warning lights you’ve seen, and what you want us to focus on).
