The 09Design Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System is designed to enhance sound, improve flow, and elevate the overall driving experience of the Fiesta ST Mk8/Mk8.5. Manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and engineered for a precise fit, it delivers a refined but purposeful exhaust note without compromising everyday usability.

The beautifully TIG welded system boasts exact fitment and is packed with details throughout; including an embossed rear resonator, 09D carbon fibre tailpipe trims and a premium matt finish throughout.

Select this option for vehicles that use the 3-bolt exhaust valve actuator found on pre-September 2020 models.

Our exhaust systems utilise slip joints rather than
fixed flanges and gaskets. This design allows the system to expand and contract freely during heat cycles, reducing stress on the pipework and improving long-term durability and fitment.

Because slip joints are designed to allow a small amount of movement, they are
not fully sealed in the same way as a gasketed flange. As a result, you may
occasionally notice condensation (water) escaping from the joints, particularly during cold starts or short journeys where moisture builds up inside the exhaust system.

This is simply a by-product of how modern exhaust systems operate and does not affect performance, reliability, or longevity. In fact, the flexibility provided by slip joints is a deliberate design feature that helps ensure the system remains stress free and correctly aligned over time.
