The ZERONINE Design carbon induction kit for Mk4/Mk4.5 Focus ST and Focus ST-line 1.5-litre model features a beautifully engineered HVF (High Volume Flow) carbon fibre air filter housing, which thanks to its natural heat-resistant properties and combined with the supplied dual-entry air filter, provides virtually un-compromised airflow to your 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine.
This kit includes an enlarged 73.5mm bore matt-finish carbon fibre air filter assembly that evenly distributes cold air being drawn in from the dual-entry air filter and factory front air feed, as well as acting as a thermal barrier, shielding the filter from unwanted engine bay heat.
In addition to the front feed, this kit also includes a lower air-feed hose which mounts to a cold air entry point in the bottom of the heat shield and picks up an additional cold air feed from a low-pressure area behind the bumper.
Engineered to deliver the ultimate open-cone solution for owners wanting maximum performance, an engineered acoustic output and unrivalled aesthetic improvements.
Suitable for vehicles at all stages of tune from standard power output to 400PS+ / 560Nm+.
Note: as carbon fibre is a man-made manufacturing process, small differences in the finish of parts is considered completely normal.
Wow! It already looked amazing in the photos, but in person it’s on another level. The build quality is outstanding, and the textured finish adds both a premium look and feel. The carbon parts are simply stunning.
As for assembling the airbox, everything fits perfectly—installation is quick, straightforward, and truly plug & play.
Driving impressions are excellent as well: throttle response feels great, and the sound when lifting off is just fantastic.
Also confirmed plug & play on the 1.0L EcoBoost B7DA (tested personally).
Easy to fit and sounds great
What an upgrade! Really pleased with the induction kit, looks really smart and sounds absolutely amazing! The quality is great and you can tell lots of thought has gone into the design and the brackets with the 09 logo nicely featured. The kit provides a very addictive noise especially coupled with the cross over pipe

A superb induction kit, waited a long time for this as there’s nothing else on the market that has the wow factor that this has in the flesh it’s Stunning! Worth every penny the fit and finish are sublime.
The quality of this kit is amazing even the clips and fasteners are top notch the 09 on the bracket is a nice touch the filter itself is very nice and the heat shield is a very good fit to the OE mounts.
The performance is excellent and the induction noise sounds awesome when you lift off the throttle addictive and fun but never over the top very well designed and thought out thank you zeronine you nailed it.
