The 09D Carbon Induction Kit replaces the factory intake system on the Focus ST Mk4/4.5 with a precision engineered, high-flow carbon setup. Designed to maximise airflow while reducing heat soak, it also delivers an improved throttle response, enhanced induction soundtrack, and a striking engine bay aesthetic.

torque on all fixings for best results.

No. Our carbon fibre products mimic those found and used in motorsport applications, where weight, strength and quality of construction are paramount. Gloss carbon relies on a lacquer being applied to the surface which in some cases can discolour over time, even resulting in the lacquer flaking off or cracking, eventually becoming unsightly.

Yes, we suggest inspection every 6000-miles and depending environment used, removal and clearing of any debris located in the filter pleats.

If the filter is particularly dirty you can clean the material with warm soapy water and then leave it to air dry. As a dry filter element, it does not need to be re-oiled.
