09D FLASHlink Stage 01 [Focus ST-Line Mk4]

The ZERONINE Design Stage 01 200PS power upgrade for the Focus ST Line releases the maximum achievable power and torque from the 1.5L engine without significant hardware changes, substantially yet safely raising power and torque output; improving outright performance, drivability and fun, whilst also adding a host of functionality, unique to ZERONINE Design.

As with all ZERONINE Design upgrades, it's had to pass our own stringent durability testing criteria, which included tens of thousands of miles and many months accumulating extensive data such as in-cylinder pressure and other key metrics all based on different driving scenarios from road to track and when used on different fuel octane ratings to ensure engine robustness, whilst retaining all safety parameters, so you can have complete peace of mind that you're not just buying the best upgrade for your car, but also the most robust aftermarket calibration, too.

Peak power is increased to 200PS, whilst torque is uplifted to 285Nm but it's the substantial increase throughout the rev-range and the way the torque is delivered that completely transforms the driving experience.

The FLASHlink app allows you to easily DIY install and update calibrations to your ECU using nothing more than our app, the supplied Bluetooth OBD interface and your Smartphone; no laptop, no wires, no handsets, no problem!

The latest version of FLASHlink also provides additional functionality, such as: fully configurable gauge displays using the OBD data-stream, comprehensive data-logging and a built-in performance meter, too.

The ZERONINE DESIGN Stage 01 performance calibration is compatible with all pre- and post-facelift world region models, both manual and automatic transmission up to April 2024 build date; the appropriate calibration will be sent to you based on your VIN build data.
