The 09Design HVF Rear Intake Kit replaces the restrictive OEM crossover pipe on the Fiesta ST Mk8/Mk8.5 and Puma ST, improving airflow between the turbocharger and throttle body and enhancing intake noise.

While the improved aesthetics are a bonus, the internal design provides a genuine improvement in airflow and throttle response. To maximise potential gains we recommend coupling with our HVF Carbon Induction Kit, HVF Throttle Body Elbow, HVF Charge Pipe Kit and dedicated Software Tune.

No remap is required, but you may see greater benefits when paired with other modifications combined with our dedicated software tunes.

There will be a slight increase in turbo noise, especially under load, but it’s subtle and customers report it adds to the driving experience.

Yes - No cutting or drilling is required; however a number of parts need to be removed and we highly recommend some mechanical experience.

No. We currently do not offer the option to purchase only the crossover pipe without the heat jacket. The Heat jacket supplied plays an important role in temperature management and is highly recommended to maximise performance.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with weekend orders dispatched on Monday. Shipping is handled via FedEx or DHL with full tracking provided.

UK delivery: Typically next working day.

International delivery: Usually 2–5 working days, depending on location.

Under UK consumer law, unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Contact the team prior to sending any returns.
