No. Stage 01 software is for UK and European models only.

No. HP Tuners manufacture and develop the hardware devices that provide access to vehicle ECUs across multiple makes and models, providing the gateway - we
provide the calibration solution.

HP Tuners do not tune or create calibrations for vehicles.

All development, testing, and ongoing calibration support is handled in-house by 09Design’s own calibration engineers.

All 09Design software undergoes a structured validation development and sign-off process.

Each development vehicle is tested extensively across road, and where applicable - track and off-road environments.

Every calibration is measured both before and after tuning on multiple independent dynos. An average of these figures is then used to ensure our published performance
data is as accurate and transparent as possible.

The initial process - including device registration, reading the original ECU file, and releasing your tailored calibration - typically takes 48–72 hours from receipt of order.

Once your device is registered and the app installed, uploading new software to your vehicle takes only a few minutes.

We recommend ensuring your mobile device has a strong and stable internet connection before beginning any installation or upload.

In the highly unlikely event that you experience any difficulty uploading your calibration or the vehicle does not start as expected, rest assured our dedicated team of engineers are on hand to assist.

We always recommend using premium fuel; however, the knock control system will automatically adjust the ignition timing to accommodate lower octane fuel and 95RON is perfectly safe to use.

Yes, at 09Design, our calibration team can make adjustments to accommodate aftermarket vehicle modifications, including exhausts, intakes, and similar upgrades.

Yes, all of our performance calibrations retain the OEM knock control settings.

All modern PCMs will have a programming log but most manufacturers will not notice the reprogramming unless deep diving.

The powertrain portion of your base vehicle warranty may be affected if a failure was directly attributable to installing the 09D performance calibration.
